OTAYCO INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, SL It is a company that emerged in 2019 to meet the existing demand in certain markets. technical foams.

It was at the end of 2020 when we expanded our product portfolio to include the range we present on our website.

OTAYCO is comprised of a management team led by its CEO, who is highly experienced in the solutions and sectors we serve. Its first steps in this market were taken in 2003, when it founded its first company dedicated to the manufacture of custom flight cases and suitcases for all types of sectors, in the beginning it is aimed at audiovisual sector where it was most useful. But the main vocation of this company is to serve the aeronautical sector Incipient in those years, in 2003 AIRBUS approved the assembly of a FAL in Seville for the assembly of A400M.

This company was born with 2 different areas: manufacturing of custom-made technical foams (in high and low density polyethylene, polyurethane, EVA rubber, cross-linked and non-cross-linked polyethylene foams, Foampack) and their envelopes.

Enclosure solutions include standard plastic cases, watertight cases (Explorer, Peli, and Max), custom-made suitcases, ruggedized boxes, and flight cases, as well as cardboard, plastic, wood, or aluminum trays and product packaging.

From these solutions we address different sectors such as aeronautical, aerospace, industrial, sanitary, technological, gourmet food, drinks and liquors, aesthetic, cosmetic, and industrial packaging.
